...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 145 PM EDT
FOR OHIO...FRANKLIN AND RIPLEY COUNTIES IN SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA...
SOUTHWESTERN UNION COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA...DEARBORN COUNTY
IN SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA...FAYETTE COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA AND
NORTH CENTRAL SWITZERLAND COUNTIES IN SOUTHEASTERN INDIANA...

At 129 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles west of Rushville to near Milan, moving north
at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Connersville, Batesville, Lawrenceburg, Greendale, Aurora,
Brookville, Rising Sun, Bright, Hidden Valley, Versailles, Milan,
Osgood, Dillsboro, Oldenburg, Moores Hill, Glenwood, Lake Santee,
Guilford, Wilmington, and Logan.

This includes the following Interstates...
 I-74 in Indiana between mile markers 145 and 171.
 I-74 in Ohio near mile marker 0.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

If on or near area lakes, get away from the water and move indoors
or inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 15 miles
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now!  Do not
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
