...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN GRENADA...NORTHWESTERN
WEBSTER AND NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTIES THROUGH 400 AM CDT...

At 327 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Gore Springs, or 8 miles east of Grenada, moving east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of eastern Grenada,
northwestern Webster and northwestern Montgomery Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio
stations and available television stations for additional information
and possible warnings from the National Weather Service.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for north central
Mississippi.
