...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN TENSAS PARISH...
SOUTHWESTERN WARREN...CLAIBORNE...JEFFERSON AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES
THROUGH 115 AM CDT...

At 1219 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Newlight to near Church Hill to Garden
City. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fayette, Port Gibson, St. Joseph, Meadville, Newellton, Alcorn State,
Bude, Hermanville, Roxie, Pattison, Union Church, Peyton, Mccall
Creek, Rocky Springs, Hamburg, Lorman, Little Springs, Stampley, Red
Lick, and Lake Bruin.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 200 AM CDT for
northeastern Louisiana...and southwestern Mississippi.
