.SYNOPSIS...
Small craft exercise caution levels linger over the offshore
waters tonight. Northeasterly winds gradually subside Tuesday into
Wednesday as high pressure shifts off the mid-Atlantic coast and
into the western Atlantic. High pressure ridging remains over the
region through the week with east to southeasterly winds as the Atlantic
seabreeze develops each afternoon.
