It will be hot again on Saturday with mainly westerly winds of 5-10 mph. Heat indices of near 100 will be possible. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms Saturday afternoon and evening. Chances will increase after about 3 PM, with the highest chances (about 30 percent) forecast to be from about 5 PM to 8 PM, which is about the time when the sea breeze will move through the downtown area.
