Dry airmass and decent mixing will lower afternoon humidity below 35% and potentially as low as 30%. Steady east winds are expected through the day but there will be an uptick in the winds is expected late this afternoon with gusts up to 20 mph. Dispersions will be elevated and on the high side, particularly as winds pick up late in the day.
