Winds in the afternoon may be intermittently gusty under a mix of clouds and sunshine. Beyond Wednesday, temperatures are expected to remain below normal for the remainder of the work week, with dry conditions and plenty of sunshine. Friday relative humidity will dip into the 20 percent range area wide with the dry air mass in place. Warmth, humidity, and a chance of showers and storms will return to the area over the weekend into early next week..
