NORTHWESTERN WOLFE AND NORTHWESTERN CLAY COUNTIES THROUGH 200 AM
EDT...

At 113 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles north of Richmond to 7 miles northwest
of Conway to 6 miles northwest of Gum Sulphur to near Science Hill.
Movement was east at 60 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Stanton, Irvine, Mount Vernon, Beattyville, McKee, Frenchburg, Boone,
Clay City, Fincastle, Science Hill, Ravenna, Wellington, Campsites in
the Indian Creek area of the Daniel Boone National Forrest, Pilot,
Donaro, Travellers Rest, Bummer, Bowen, Kimbrell, and Shop Branch.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS...
 Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 13 and 41.
 Interstate 75 in east central Kentucky between mile markers 42 and
72.
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Laurel County near mile marker 4.
 Kentucky Highway 80 in Pulaski County between mile markers 34 and
37.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 600 AM EDT for south central,
southeastern and east central Kentucky.
