...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN ROCK...NORTHEASTERN
LOUP...NORTHWESTERN GARFIELD AND SOUTHWESTERN HOLT COUNTIES THROUGH
1030 PM CDT...

At 951 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14
miles east of Rose, or 23 miles north of Burwell, moving northeast at
30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Chambers, Amelia, and Carson Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
north central Nebraska.
