* At 1101 PM CDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 nm south of Sabine Pass 10 to near High Island
  138, moving south at 25 knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.
