...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN BEAUREGARD PARISH
THROUGH 100 PM CDT...

At 1231 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Dry Creek. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation and outdoor
         objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Dry Creek and Bundick Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 600 PM CDT for
southwestern Louisiana.
