FOR CENTRAL RAPIDES PARISH...
At 856 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles east of Clifton to Gardner to near Otis to
Elmer to 8 miles south of Hineston, moving east at 50 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Alexandria, Pineville, Alexandria International Airport, Hineston,
Lecompte, Kolin, Gardner, Otis, Elmer, Calcasieu, Woodworth, and
Forest Hill.
