Occasional wave height is the average of the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum. .SYNOPSIS...Low pressure, 29.30 inches, is well into Quebec but continues to influence Great Lakes weather with sustained westerly winds capped around 20 knots this morning and gusts of 25 to 30 knots. Widespread shower activity is expected today through first half of Wednesday, with rain chances diminishing from north to south through this period. High pressure, 30.30 inches, then builds in by mid-week.
