For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A strengthening low pressure system will reach western
Lake Superior around 29.10 inches this morning. This system will
force a cold front through the eastern lakes this afternoon and
evening. High pressure then builds in for Thursday and Friday.

.REST OF TONIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to
10 to 15 knots after midnight. A chance of showers and
thunderstorms after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet building to 2 to
4 feet early in the morning.
.WEDNESDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 15 to
20 knots late in the morning...then becoming southwest 10 to
15 knots in the afternoon. Waves 2 to 4 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to
10 to 15 knots after midnight. Waves 3 to 5 feet subsiding to
1 to 3 feet in the late evening and overnight.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the south late
in the morning...then becoming southeast 10 to 15 knots late in
the afternoon. A chance of showers and thunderstorms late in the
afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the south in the
late morning and early afternoon...then veering to the west early
in the evening decreasing to 5 to 10 knots in the late evening
and early morning. A chance of thunderstorms early in the
morning. A chance of showers early in the morning. Waves 1 to
3 feet.
.SUNDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the southeast
early in the evening...then backing to the southeast 5 to
10 knots in the late evening and early morning. Waves 1 to
