.DISCUSSION...

Southerly winds of 5 to 10 mph will persist through the overnight hours.
These southerly winds will continue to usher moisture over the burn site,
and this will keep relative humidity values high during the overnight
hours.  However, since the winds are expected to remain elevated tonight,
fog probabilities are very low and fog development is not expected.
Tomorrow will see the southerly winds increase to 10 to 15 mph with
occasionally higher gusts to 20 mph in the afternoon hours and humidity
will bottom out between 50 and 55 percent.
