...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF CENTRAL ST. JOHN THE
BAPTIST, ST. CHARLES AND NORTHWESTERN JEFFERSON PARISHES THROUGH 530

...

At 459 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Paradis, or near Hahnville, moving north at 5 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hahnville, Laplace, Metairie, Reserve, Killona, Norco, Paradis,
Montz, Luling, River Ridge, Boutte, Ama, Bayou Gauche, Destrehan,
Waggaman, Taft, New Sarpy, St. Rose, Des Allemands, and Edgard.

This includes the following Interstates...
 Interstate 10 in Louisiana between mile markers 215 and 224, and
near mile marker 226.
 Interstate 310 between mile markers 1 and 11.
