  Wildhorse Reservoir at Wildhorse Dam affecting Elko County.

.Warm temperatures will melt high mountain snowpack and increase
river flows.

For the Owyhee River...including Wildhorse Dam, Mountain City...
elevated river levels are forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
