...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN GREEN...WESTERN
ADAIR AND METCALFE COUNTIES THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 410 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms from
6 miles north of Edmonton to 11 miles northwest of Burkesville.
Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Columbia, Edmonton, Pickett, Portland, Gadberry, Curtis, Little
Barren, Node, Willow Shade, and Bliss.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
south central and central Kentucky.
