CENTRAL MEADE...SOUTHWESTERN JEFFERSON...NORTHWESTERN BULLITT...
NORTHEASTERN BRECKINRIDGE AND NORTH CENTRAL HARDIN COUNTIES...

At 1150 AM EDT/1050 AM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located near
Valley Station, moving northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
         homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
Louisville, Shively, Shepherdsville, Brandenburg, Pioneer Village,
Hollyvilla, South Park View, Fairdale, Valley Station, and Pleasure
Ridge Par.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EDT/300 PM CDT/ for
south central Indiana...and central Kentucky.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
