.DISCUSSION...
For Thursday and Friday, moderate to strong onshore flow will prevail
across the area. This will result in low clouds and fog impacting the
area during the night and morning, but clear skies in the afternoon
and evening hours. Afternoon temperatures will top out in the 60s.
Relative humidity will fall to moderate levels in the afternoon hours
with excellent overnight recoveries. Typical diurnal winds can be
expected with gusty southerly winds in the afternoon and evening hours.

Sky/weather.........Low clouds and fog in the morning then sunny.
Temperature.........52 at 0800...Max 65-69.
Humidity............85 percent at 0800...Min 54-58 percent.
Eye level winds.....Variable 1-3 mph becoming south to southwest
                    2-5 mph with gusts to 8 mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Variable 3-6 mph becoming south to southwest
                    5-10 mph with gusts to 15 mph in the afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......Southwest 5-10 mph increasing to 8-15 mph
                    with gusts to 20 mph in the afternoon.
