.DISCUSSION...A strong onshore flow in place the last several days
will weaken for the latter half of the week as a northerly surface
pressure gradient develops in the wake of weak and dying cold front
boundary. A warming and drying trend will establish over the coming
days due to less marine influence, but a sea breeze will still
remain prevalent keeping overnight humidity recoveries very good
through the period.

.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Sunny.
Temperature.........65 to 69 degrees at ignition.
                    Max 80 to 82 degrees.
Humidity............61 to 66 percent at ignition.
                    Min 31 to 35 percent.
Eye level winds.....Light and variable winds to 3 mph at ignition
                    becoming upslope/upvalley 3 to 8 mph until 1600
                    hours. Then, becoming south to southwest 4 to 6
                    mph with gusts to 10 mph.
Wind (20 ft)........Southeast to south winds 2 to 5 mph at ignition
                    becoming upslope/upvalley 5 to 9 mph with gusts
                    to 16 mph until 1600 hours. Then, becoming
                    south to southwest 8 to 12 mph with gusts to 20
                    mph.
Mixing height.......1000 ft AGL or less until 0900 hours, lifting
                    to 4500-5000 ft AGL by 1400 hours.

Sky/weather.........Clear.
Temperature.........Min 53 to 57 degrees.
Humidity............Max 77 to 81 percent.
