.DISCUSSION...

A deep marine layer and onshore will maintain overnight to morning low
clouds and fog at the Rx location, with very good overnight recoveries.
Clearing in the afternoon could be delayed, with only partial clearing
possible, especially on Tuesday. Light winds are expected during the
night and morning hours, with southwest winds increasing each afternoon.
However, the peak speeds will be 15 mph on the ridges with slightly
weaker slope winds. Minimum humidities will be near 50 percent each day.

.TUESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Cloudy (85-95 percent) then becoming partly cloudy
                    in the afternoon (10-20 percent).
Max temperature.....68-70.
Min humidity........46-50 percent.
Eye level winds.....Variable winds up to 3 mph becoming southwest 5 to
                    7 mph in the afternoon.
Wind (20 ft)........Light winds becoming southwest 6 to 8 mph by 1100,
                    then becoming 9 to 12 mph in the afternoon.
Ridgetop wind.......South winds 3 to 5 mph becoming southwest 10 to 15
                    mph in the afternoon.
Mixing height.......2000 ft AGL rising to 2700 ft AGL.

.TUESDAY NIGHT...

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (10-20 percent) then becoming cloudy
                    (85-95 percent). Low clouds and patchy fog overnight.
Min temperature.....Around 55.
Max humidity........85-95 percent.
Eye level winds.....Southwest winds 4 to 6 mph in the evening, then
                    becoming variable up to 3 mph overnight.
Wind (20 ft)........Southwest winds 9 to 12 mph in the evening, decreasing
                    to 6 to 8 mph by 2000, then becoming light after
                    midnight.
Ridgetop wind.......Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph in the evening, then
