.DISCUSSION...
Northwest winds will be increasing later today and peak later
tonight into early Wednesday. These winds will be decreasing through
the ignition time but will stay gusty through the day. Moderate
confidence on speeds (plus or minus 5 mph) and timing (plus or minus
2 hours). High confidence in much weaker winds on Thursday, with
more of a easterly component. Lower confidence on humidities (plus
or minus 10 percent), as the there a large variation with a small
elevation difference. Note, removed ridgetop winds as they would be
identical to the 20-foot winds based on the burn location.

Temperature.........50-52 at 8am. Max 60-62.
Humidity............40-50 percent at 8am. Min 25-35 percent.
Eye level winds.....Northwest 10 mph with gusts to 15 mph through 9am,
