  mph expected.

* WHERE...Antelope Valley and Western Antelope Valley Foothills.

* WHEN...Until 9 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Areas of blowing dust may reduce visibility
  to one quarter mile or less at times. Gusty cross winds and
  blowing dust may affect travel on area roadways, such as Highways
  14 and 138.
