Patuxent River to Broomes Island MD...

At 303 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 nm northeast of Key Bridge to near Fort Hunt to near
Aquia Creek, moving east at 30 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 34 knots or greater and small hail.

SOURCE...Observed wind.

IMPACT...Boaters in small craft could be thrown overboard by
         suddenly higher winds and waves capsizing their vessel.
