...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM CDT MONDAY...

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county,
  Clay, Southeast Missouri, including the following counties,
  Dunklin and Pemiscot, and West Tennessee, including the following
  counties, Henry, Lake, Obion and Weakley.

* WHEN...Until 200 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1052 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
    flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen.
  - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over
    the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Martin, Union City, Malden, Campbell, Reelfoot Lake State
    Park, Chalk Bluff Natural Area, Tiptonville, Dresden, South
    Fulton, Ridgely, Troy, Obion, Sharon, Holcomb, Wardell, St.
    Francis, Clayton, Bolton, Latham and Palmersville.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
