...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN GREENE COUNTY THROUGH
730 AM CDT...
At 655 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fontaine, or near Walnut Ridge, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Paragould, Crowleys Ridge State Park, O`Kean, Delaplaine, Fontaine,
Evening Star, Walcott, Beech Grove, Case, Stanford, Light, Walnut
Corner, Faulknerville, and Crowley`s Ridge State Park.
