.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN OREGON COASTAL WATERS...A thermal
trough is strengthening tonight and gale force winds are expected
by early Thursday morning through Friday for areas south of Cape
Blanco. Areas elsewhere will see gusty winds and steep seas. Relatively
calmer seas are anticipated by the weekend and into early next
week as the thermal trough starts to break down on Friday.
