.DISCUSSION...Weak high pressure is in place on Tuesday with
dry and slightly warmer weather. Tuesday afternoon through early
Wednesday, an upper low moves from western British Columbia. Dry weather
is likely through Tuesday evening, then there is a low chance (10%)
for light rain Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. Gusty
northwest winds (with gusts of 20-25 mph) are expected Wednesday
afternoon. Daytime relative humidities are expected in the 25-30%
range Tuesday and Wednesday.
