.DISCUSSION...After a cold start, Thursday will be mainly sunny
with warmer and drier weather and weak winds in the morning
becoming seasonably breezy in the afternoon. A trough and dry
front will move in Friday into early Saturday. This will be well
north of the burn site with no chance for precipitation, but there
will be a slight increase in winds Friday afternoon and evening
(not nearly as strong as today`s winds, however). High pressure
will bring warming and drying Sunday and Monday, again with weak
morning winds giving way to seasonable afternoon breezes. Another
trough is likely Tuesday into Wednesday, but again there is a very
high chance northern CA will remain dry.
