.DISCUSSION...Weak high pressure is in place on Tuesday with
dry and slightly warmer weather. Tuesday afternoon through early
Wednesday, an upper low moves from western British Columbia to northern
Oregon with a chance of light showers over the area. The best
chances for light rain (50%) will be late Tuesday evening through early
Wednesday morning. Breezy to gusty west winds are expected Wednesday
afternoon.

                    the afternoon.
