* At 326 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near The Vicinity
  Of Trent River, or 13 nm west of Oriental, moving northeast at 25
  knots.

  HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots and small hail.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
           suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  The Vicinity Of Slocum Creek and The Vicinity Of Trent River.
