MORNING...

Patchy dense fog has developed right along the immediate coast of
the Albemarle Sound, Alligator River, and the Northern Outer Banks
this morning. If traveling in this area, allow extra time to reach
your destination, and be prepared for sudden reductions in
visibility to less than a half a mile.
