  waves 2 to 4 feet expected. An occasional gust near Gale Force
  may be possible tonight into Wednesday morning.

* WHERE...Nearshore Waters from North Point Lighthouse to
  Winthrop Harbor IL.

* WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM CDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.
