.DISCUSSION...A cooling trend will begin on Wednesday, with
above average interior temperatures remaining through Thursday.
Daytime humidities will start to increase through the week with
minimum RH values in the interior rising to 30 to 45 percent.
Onshore flow will develop across the region with gusty winds along
the coast, at the highest peaks, and through the gaps and passes.
Note : All winds are 20-foot Winds Unless otherwise specified.
