...Discussion from SFOFWFMTR...

Temperatures cool down slightly Wednesday and Thursday but above
average temperatures will continue across the interior through
Thursday. Increasingly onshore flow will allow for improved daytime
humidity retention throughout the week with values gradually
increasing to 30 to 50 percent across the interior. Gustier
conditions are possible along the coast, North and East Bay
Mountains, gaps and passes, and along the highest peaks. By Friday,
an incoming surface low pressure system will lead to a strong
cooling trend. This system will bring below average temperatures
and the return of widespread low level clouds across the interior
and along the coast. Light drizzle is possible with this system but
any accumulations will be well below wetting rain criteria.

...Discussion from SFOFWFEKA...

Near normal to slightly below normal temperatures are expected
today through Saturday as a series of dry troughs move across
Pacific Northwest. Northerly to northwesterly winds are forecast to
remain locally breezy with the strongest gusts over the exposed
ridges and channeled terrain today through tonight. Gusty
northerlies increase tonight across the higher terrain of southern
Lake County and lower RH`s are expected.
