.DISCUSSION...The general pattern is supportive of a gradual
warming, drying trend next Tuesday and Wednesday as upper level
ridging builds over the West Coast. Winds are currently expected
to stay out of the northwest with stronger gusts between 20 to 25
mph developing during the afternoon/evening hours. Fair daytime
humidity retention and fair overnight humidity retention is
currently expected. This forecast is preliminary with details
subject to change between the time of spot forecast issuance on
Thursday and fire ignition time on Tuesday.
