  above Monitor Stage (22.0 ft) Monday afternoon, cresting around
  22.1 ft Monday afternoon/evening. Latest guidance suggests there
  is a 30%
  probability of the river reaching Monitor Stage (22.0 ft) and a 16%
  probability of reaching Flood Stage (24.1 ft) on Monday. The most
  recent stage was 6.15 feet at 9:30 am PST.
