  Monday afternoon. Latest guidance suggests there is a 30%
  probability of the river reaching Monitor Stage (22.0 ft) and a
  23% probability of reaching Flood Stage (24.1 ft) on Monday. The
  most recent stage was 6.03 feet at 4:30 pm PST.
