.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front will persist  over the N waters
tonight into Sun, then will return N as a weak warm front later
Sun and Sun night, with the front passing N of the waters Mon.
Scattered thunderstorms are likely mainly over the southern
waters through Sun, and mariners should used caution for gusty
winds and rough seas in and near the heavier thunderstorms. A
cold front will move E and approach the Mid- Atlantic coast late
Mon into Mon night, before passing E and SE over the region later
Mon night into Tue night while weakening. A secondary cold front
will approach the coast Wed, and then move E and SE over the
waters Wed night into Thu night while high pressure builds
slowly E to the coast.
