.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front extending E across the central
waters will lift N and pass N of the waters today. A cold front
will move E and approach the Mid-Atlantic coast late today, then
pass E and SE over the region tonight into Tue night while
weakening. In association with the front, widespread
thunderstorms are expected to move offshore late today and
tonight. Mariners should use caution for gusty winds and rough
seas in and near the heavier thunderstorms. Developing low
pressure will move off the northern Mid-Atlantic coast Wed, and
track NE across the northern portions Wed night into Thu while a
secondary cold front moves E and SE across the waters. The front
will shift E of the area Thu night. High pressure will build
slowly E to the coast Thu night through Fri night.
