.SYNOPSIS...A forming cold front will move slowly S over the N
and NE portions today into tonight, and will stall over the
central waters Tue into Tue night. The front will then slowly
return N as a warm front Wed into Wed night, and then will again
stall over the N area Thu into Thu night. High pressure will
build over the N waters Tue into Wed, and then weaken while
shifting E of the area Wed night. Another cold front will move
into the central and southern waters Thu night into Fri night.
