.SYNOPSIS...Broad low pressure just E of the northern waters,
centered about 350 nm SE of Nantucket, will remain nearly
stationary today, and then will move slowly E away from the area
tonight through Mon night. A stationary front extending E across
the waters from the North Carolina coast will persist early
today, then move slowly S later today through Mon, while a
series of weak low pressure centers form and move E along the
boundary through Mon. The front will pass S of the area Mon
night and Tue while high pressure builds S into the northern
waters. The high pressure ridge will slowly drift S and then E
Tue night through Thu while weakening. A cold front will
approach the northern Mid-Atlantic coast Thu night.
