.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build E over the area today, then
persist through Mon. The high will weaken and shift just E of
the waters Mon night into Tue as weak low pressure moves well N
of the area. The high will redevelop over the waters Tue night
and Wed before a front or low pressure trough approaches the
coast from the W later Wed night.
