.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will shift E of the region
today. Winds and seas will increase today through early Fri ahead
of Hurricane Helene moving from the eastern Gulf of Mexico inland
into the Southeast U.S. All marine interests should closely
monitor the latest forecasts from the National Hurricane Center.
Another ridge will build across the area late Fri into Fri night
and then persist through Mon night.
