.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the central Atlantic will
continue to generally support gentle to moderate east to
southeast winds over the regional waters. A deep layer trough
west of the forecast waters will help maintain favorable
conditions for showers and thunderstorms to develop over
some sections of the regional waters today. A tropical
wave approaching the Caribbean is near 59W. The wave is
expected to bring unsettled weather conditions to some areas
of the eastern Caribbean waters Sun through Mon night.
