.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh E to SE winds will prevail across
the Carribbean into the upcoming weekend. Similar winds will
prevail in the Atlantic through today, then gentle to moderate
thereafter. A deep-layered upper trough across the western
Atlantic will move eastward across the region and support active
weather locally through Thu night.
