.SYNOPSIS...Moderate E to SE winds prevail over the local
waters, south of a weak ridge extending E to W along 25N to 70W.
A deep layered trough moving into the central Caribbean today
will shift slowly NE Thu through Fri, promoting active weather
across western portions of the local area. Weak low pressure is
expected to develop N of Hispaniola Thu and shift N-NE through
Sun, and may increase winds across the local area Wednesday night
and Thursday.
