.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will weaken and retreat W of the area
today through Thu night as an area of low pressure moves E then
SE into British Columbia. The low will push a weak cold front
across the waters Thu into Thu night. The area of high pressure
will strengthen and build E towards the coast Fri through Sun
night. Farther south, a coastal trough will persist along the
southern Oregon coast through Sat night, then weaken Sun and Sun
night.
