Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure over the waters today will shift SE of the waters tonight and Wed. A weak low pressure trough will develop near the coast of Maine late tonight then slowly move E across the waters Wed before diminishing Wed night. A cold front will approach the coast on Thu, and move SE across the waters Thu night through Fri night. A weak ridge of high pressure will build over the waters Sat followed by another cold front moving in from the W Sat night.
